Troubleshooting / Solution

Cycle flashing red& green LED 1 time with 1 second pause

Too high input voltage

Check the power supply and try with other DC5V power supplies.

Cycle flashing red& green LED 3 times with 1 second pause

1. Triggered headphone amplifier DC protection

2. Unit may be defective

1. Try to turn down the volume level of NX7 and reboot

2. Disconnect all the inputs and outputs of NX7 and reboot. If that still not works, unit is considered defective.
