Switch to other songs or turn down the volume and then power off and reboot the EHA5. |

Abnormal positive/negative voltage |
Check the power adapter, disconnect all the inputs and outputs of EHA5 and reboot. If that still not works, unit is considered defective. |

Abnormal bias voltage |
Disconnect the headphones and power off the EHA5 and then reboot, or try other headphones. |
