1. Use the included power adapter A. When you power on the power adapter itself, the LED flashes or goes out. Then the power adapter failed. B. When you power on the power adapter itself, the LED is always on. When connecting to MX5 unit, the LED of power adapter flashes or goes out. Then probably power adapter failed, try with other DC26V power adapters. 2. If the power adapter is functional, disconnect all the inputs and outputs of MX5 and reboot. If that still not works, unit is considered defective. |
