Unplug the power supply and reboot.

Check the power supply and try with other power supplies.

Unit may be defective

Disconnect all the inputs and outputs of EX5 and reboot. If that still not works, unit is considered defective.

Unit may be defective

Check the power supply, disconnect all the inputs and outputs of EX5 and reboot. If that still not works, unit is considered defective.

1. Try to turn down the volume level of EX5 and reboot.
