1. Upgrade the newest firmware. 2. Try to turn down the volume level of DX3 Pro+ and reboot, the lineout output mode is recommended if using RCA output (Under the headphone amp output, playing low-frequency songs at high volume level may trigger DC protection, which is normal, it is recommended to turn down the volume) 3. Disconnect all the inputs and outputs of DX3 Pro+ and reboot. If that still not works, unit is considered defective. |
