HP and -3	Upgraded the incorrect firmware	Upgrade the correct firmware directly.
DFU	DFU mode may be accidentally entered	Unplug the power supply and reboot.
HP ERR	1. Not the newest firmware 2. Triggered headphone amplifier DC protection 3. Unit may be defective	1. Upgrade the newest firmware. 2. Try to turn down the volume level of DX3 Pro+ and reboot, the lineout output mode is recommended if using RCA output (Under the headphone amp output, playing low-frequency songs at high volume level may trigger DC protection, which is normal, it is recommended to turn down the volume) 3. Disconnect all the inputs and outputs of DX3 Pro+ and reboot. If that still not works, unit is considered defective.
Cycle displaying IN and Err	Abnormal input power	Check the power supply and try with other DC15V power supplies.
Cycle displaying INH and Err	Too high input voltage	Check the power supply and try with other DC15V power supplies.
Cycle displaying INL and Err	Too low input voltage	Check the power supply and try with other DC15V power supplies.
Cycle displaying PN and Err	Unit may be defective	Disconnect all the inputs and outputs of DX3 Pro+ and reboot. If that still not works, unit is considered defective.
d-3	Unit may be defective	Check the power supply and try with other DC15V power supplies, disconnect all the inputs and outputs of DX3 Pro+ and reboot. If that still not works, unit is considered defective.
